Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving actual application task by increasing an efficiency and a reliability of low speed internal combustion engine's fuel treatment system approved by CIMAC that use heavy fuel oil with the viscosity 180 - 1000 mm2/c through minimizing energy consumption for fuel treatment HFO. It defines the operating parameters' scope for low speed internal combustion engine's fuel treatment system that enabled to produce a given rheological characteristic. The analysis of the researched topic was fulfilled and consequently established the basic imperfection of existing fuel systems CIMAC and processes fuel preparation HFO, defined areas to improve systems and processes for fuel treatment of HFO with the viscosity 180 - 1000 mm2/c. It is defined that the total energy cost of HFO fuel treatment reach 2,5 % of engine power. Conducted performance test has defined that the use of research provides reducing energy cost of fuel treatment system CIMAC for 28 %.
