Gryschenko N. Tactics of interrogation suspected with participation a defender

The result of this study is a selection of contemporary problems of participation of defense counsel at the pretrial investigation and on this basis, the formation of the doctrinal foundations of the improvement activities, and concluded that the current criminal procedure law defines only the general requirements under which the defender performs its own duties and exercise their rights and that would be appropriate to extend and refine in order to strengthen the principles of competition at the pretrial investigation. Identified basic directions and features of preparatory activity of investigator are to the interrogation suspected with participation of defender, that engulf the specific of collection of initial information not only in relation to suspected but also his defender, use on this stage of psychological knowledges, prognostication and decision, organizationally tactical models of the future of interrogation.
