Kaidashov V. Organizational and legal bases of safety and quality of agricultural products.

Ph. D. thesis is devoted to the study of issues of organizational and legal foundations of security and quality of agricultural products. Has been developed historical periods of development and formation of views on how the concept of "security" and "quality" and on the legal regulation of social relations that arise about the safety and quality of agricultural products. Identified and scientifically proved legal constructions "safety of agricultural products" and "quality of agricultural products". Characterized the problem of international legal regulation and analyzed the features of state regulation to ensure the study area. Thus, the attention was paid to Ukraine's integration into the European Union and World Trade Organization and addressed the legal aspects of the adaptation of national legislation to EU legislation. Particular attention was paid to the coverage of contractual and legal issues, and local legal regulation of safety and quality of agricultural products. Proved the feasibility of and proposed a list of the main tasks of public control over observance of legislation on safety and quality of agricultural products. Because of the conducted research, the row of suggestion was formulating from the improvement of current agrarian legislation of Ukraine.
