The thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of administrative and legal regulation in the field of ensuring military officers' rights and freedoms. The notion of military service as a specific type of public service is analyzed; the categories of rights, freedoms and legal interests are considered. The issues of efficience and increase of efficacy of legal guarantees of military officers' rights and freedoms assurance are considered. The issues of military officers' rights assurance in case of bringing to administrative and disciplinary liability are examined. Suggestions on improvement of legal regulation in the field of administrative and legal assurance of military officers' rights and freedoms are formulated.
