Babinova O. Clinical and pathogenetic substantiation of treatment and rehabilitation for children with the recurrent bronchitis and concomitant biliary pathology

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of the Pediatrics - improvement of the efficiency of the treatment and rehabilitation of the children with the recurrent bronchitis and concomitant pathology of the biliary system. In this work the peculiarities of the recurrent bronchitis in children with con-comitant pathology of the biliary system has been researched and based on the study of clinical and laboratory features, indicators of the oxidative homeostasis and state of the immune system. It is shown that the basis of mechanism, emerging under the influence of biliary pathology in patients with the recurrent bronchitis, is made by the potentiation by metabolic nitric oxide system of excessive CIC production, and the shift of their ratio to highly pathogenic mid- and low- molecular CIC. This contrib-utes to the formation of the immune complex sensitization type of the body, as well as the development of reagin sensitization and deficient antibody response deficiency of the main immunoglobulin classes - IgA, IgМ, and IgG. A clinical and laboratory substantiation method of treatment and rehabilitation of children with recurrent bronchitis and concomitant pathology of the biliary system with additional appointment of the drug with antioxidant, membrane, hepatoprotec-tive and anti-inflammatory actions Liventsiale forte has been lead. A scheme of treatment and rehabilitation has been developed, clinical and laboratory performance of the proposed complex has been determined.
