Essay

The dissertation clarifies the concept of means of ensuring effective interaction associations with the government in Ukraine, its features are determined. Essence and characteristics of the interaction of state bodies of public associations, as one of the forms of state are established. The concept of the mechanism of interaction of associations with the government is formulated and are defined its characteristics, principles and functions. The notions and characteristics of law enforcement in the state as a subject of interaction with various citizens' associations are determined.
