The object is a process of forming and functioning of market of bank credit resources in the agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine. The article of research is teoretiko-methodical and practical aspects of forming and functioning of market of bank credit resources, process of crediting of agrarian enterprises. A purpose is determination of teoretiko-methodical principles and ground of practical directions of forming and functioning of market of bank credit resources in the agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine. Methods - theoretical generalization, comparison, monographic, ekonomiko-statistical, graphic, analysis of the systems, structural-logical analysis, analytical prognostication. Novelty - principle of "credit availability" is first formulated, determination of category is improved "credit", conceptual approach of forming of the credit programs jars for borrowers agrarian the sector of economy.
