In this work the state and provision of organizational and legal description of the components of psychological care in Ukraine are researched; the features of the functions of psychological support in the units of internal affairs are shown. The stages of the foundation of system of psychological services to ensure operational performance of the internal affairs of Ukraine are analyzed. Structural characteristics of models of psychological service provision of the units of internal affairs of Ukraine are analyzed and the main forms of its activity are given.
