Ruda R. Insurance protection of harvest of agricultural cultures

Object of research: the process of crop insurance to protect agricultural crops in Ukraine. Objective: To study theoretical and methodological positions and processing of practical recommendations for creating effective organizational and economic mechanism of insurance coverage harvest crops. Methods: systems analysis, factor analysis, economic and statistical, mathematical, expert, observation, logic synthesis and simulation. Scientific novelty: first proposed division of risks over time, supplemented the existing list of risks, the method of calculation of tariff rates for crop insurance and crop, enhanced organizational chart long-term loans secured by farm land, methods of risk in agriculture, the economic essence of concepts "risks in agricultural production" and "insurance coverage harvest crops", approaches of self-funds in agricultural enterprises, and ways to improve the formation of insurance reserves in natural-real and monetary, organizational insurance coverage; gained further development of recommendations to improve the rules of insurance , the terms state insurance subsidies for agricultural products and provides new criteria for compensation of farmers insurance payments, how activation of a farms of mutual insurance.
