Essay

Processes of state regulation of tourism governance. Improvement of theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for state bodies and local authorities to develop institutional and legal mechanisms in the state regulation of mountain tourism. Methods: comparative analysis, modeling, induction and deduction. The organizational-legal model of the mechanism of public administration of mountaineering as a set of relations of state power structure, combining the appropriate form of regulation through reasonably defined functions. The results introduced in the practice of public administration.
