Dissertation work is devoted the decision of actual scientific and practical task of improvement technical and operating specifications of running gears of passenger and freight cars for realization of international transportations in the interoperable mode. As a result of the conducted analysis of interlock loading and interaction of gauge change wheel set with the gauge changeover device of the system SUW2000 the confirmed material well-being of car motion safety both after the routes of the following and in transition through the gauge changeover device.
