The dissertation deals with the scientific analysis of heat transfer, hydrodynamic, and rheological processes, which occur both in the circular channel of the die zone of extruder and in the extruder exit during processing soybeans. A physically realistic universal mathematical model with no adjustable parameter has been produced to predict adequately the flow of non - newtonian pseudoplastic liquids through the channel of die zone of an extruder.The study has been carried out with the object to developing new technologies for production of various vegetable granules mixtures and pastes. This technologies allow to shorten the expenses of energy to 30%
