Essay

The dissertation devoted to the investigation of influence discrete-pulse input of energy mechanisms on biological structures of milk and on their self-organization. The effects of adiabatic boiling and hydrodynamic cavitation implementing in the apparatus for thermohydynamic processing, have been analyzed in detail. In the result of the experimental investigation has been determinated, that application of discrete-pulse input of energy allows controlling quality of milk.
