Ryzhko P. Comparative-law analysis of agrarian entrepreneurship forms according to legislation of Federal Republic of Germany and Ukraine.

The dissertation presents a study of deep research of such forms of agrarian entrepreneurship as agricultural cooperations, agricultural joint-stock companies and agricultural limit liability companies according to legislation of Federal Republic of Germany and Ukraine and also the peculiarities and laws of their legal position regulation. In the thesis it is given the notion of agrarian policy and worked out the classification of agrarian legislation of Federal Republic of Germany in the sphere of agricultural activities' regulation in line with its subject orientation. The conducted comparative law analysis of German and Ukrainian legislation resulted in a number of propositions as to improvement of the existing agrarian legislation of Ukraine in this field, taking into consideration the demands of European Union legislation.
