Gnatyshyna N. Forming of non-negotiable assets of trade enterprises

In the thesis the theoretic generalization is made and new solution of the scientific task, which consists in substantiation of theoretic clauses and methodical basis of forming of non-negotiable assets of trade enterprises is proposed. The main point of the non-negotiable assets is examined, their expanded definition is proposed, the system of their classification at the trade enterprises is improved; the basis of constructing the process of non-negotiable assets forming at these enterprises are defined; the conceptual approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of management of these assets forming is proved. The characteristic of the state of forming non-negotiable assets of trade enterprises of Ukraine at the present time is given. The dynamics of the general scope of non-negotiable assets of these enterprises during 2006-2010 is examined; the character of the structural changes of these assets is investigated; the estimation of the effectiveness level of management of non-negotiable assets forming is made. The proposals to improve the methods of management over of non-negotiable assets of trade enterprises are made. The methodical approaches to the definition of the strategic target development indexes of these assets are proved; the improvement directions of the current demand planning in its individual forms are defined; the recommendations on choosing forms and sources of financing the development of these sources at the trade enterprises are proposed.
