Essay

Found that regeneration of bone tissue of the mandible begins with proliferation of cellular elements endost with the formation of osteogenic cellular fibrous tissue replacing the bone marrow. Regeneration is the type of education of the disabled coarse-beam bone. It is shown that the introduction of an experimental animal preparations of calcium and zinc in combination with local use osteoconductor reduces the intensity of bone resorption at the site of a modeled system osteoporosis. Shown prognostic value of biochemical studies of oral fluid in combination with ultrasound and bone spectrocolorimetric studies of alveolar mucosa to identify patients at risk, which further possible breach of the process of bone consolidation. Determined that the proposed treatment of mandible fractures in patients with structural and metabolic changes in bone turnover leads to more rapid inhibition of inflammatory processes, optimization of antioxidant status, improvement of mineralizing saliva function, normalization of bone and functional responses in the oral cavity.
