In dissertation theoretical and methodical basis, practical recommendations of development of the economic mechanism of management of financial results of economic activity of industrial enterprises have been substantiated. The theoretical bases of management of financial results of enterprises are formed. The theoretical and methodical bases of procedure of estimation of quality of financial results of industrial enterprises have been substantiated. The procedures of management of financial results which base on realization of strategy of management of financial results of economic activity of industrial enterprises by use of corresponding instruments are improved. The economic mechanism of management of financial results of economic activity of industrial enterprises has been elaborated. The methodical approaches and practical recommendations for providing effective functioning of this mechanism in practice of management of enterprises have been substantiated. That enables to realize system and complex approach for providing of efficient management of financial results of economic activity which promotes long-term economic development of industrial enterprises.
