Babiy I. Organizational-economic mechanism of restructuring in a crisis management of enterprise.

The thesis is devoted to development theoretic and methodological foundations and practical application of organizational and economic mechanism of restructuring in crisis management of enterprise. The existing strategies to prevent bankruptcy, which characterize the behavior of enterprises in the crisis, have been generalized. The analysis of points of view of leading foreign and domestic scientists was conducted. The modern paradigm of restructuring of machine-building enterprises was grounded. The anti-crisis potential of separate machine-building enterprises and factors of influence on the processes of crisis management were analyzed. It is developed organizationally economic mechanism of restructuring of machine-building enterprise in a crisis management, which includes a forming subsystem and subsystem of its functioning, and based on six criteria of increase of anti-crisis potential.
