Modern tendencies in relation to possible development of administrative legislation about establishment of responsibility for offences which trench upon a property are determined, criteria of differentiating of administrative and criminal punishable acts which trench upon the right of ownership and their description are carried out. The state of practice is studied in relation of bringing in to administrative responsibility of persons, which accomplished administrative offences which trench upon the relations of property, essence and features of realization is exposed in matters about this category of offences.
