In dissertation certainly essence of administrative-legal activity of militia is on underground passage. The decision of administrative-legal activity of militia is in particular formulated underground passage and its lines; legal acts which regulate administrative-legal activity of militia on underground passage are systematized; foreign experience of activity of militia (polices) is exposed in relation to public law and safety enforcement on underground passage and the ways of his introduction are mine-out in Ukraine; certainly system, structure, task and functions of militia, on underground passage and recommendations are developed for its improvement.
