Essay

Necessity of the complex approach for experimental researches of amorphous materials nanostructure is proved. It includes a combination of transmission electron scanning electron and atomic-power microscopy; nano scale analytical analysis; nanodiffraction; measurements of a thickness and density; computer analysis of images.The theory of electron microscopic images formation for amorphous materials and nanosystems is created. The theory considers different mechanisms of electron scanning. Mathematical equations which allow to count contributions of separate nanostructure elements in total contrast of images are received. Quantitative nanostructure and phase ingomogenitis parameters of amorphous chalcogenide films are defined.
