This dissertation deals with the complex of items concerning theoretical and practical ways of economic organizations' administrative and legal regulating of clerical work. System of subjects of law and the matter of administrative and legal regulating of clerical work. It was also analyzed the other countries' experience in the field as well as the contemporary situation with electronic documentary circulation, and types of amenability in the sphere of clerical work according to the current legal regulations.
