In all infants with acute obstructive bronchitis observed violations of the colon microbiota, characterized by reduction in the number of bifidobacteria, lactobacteria, Escherichia coli, and the increasing number of yeasts, staphylococcus and representatives of pathogenic flora.Installed an imbalance of cellular, humoral and phagocytic links of immunity indices of interleukins and maintenance of micro-and macroelements in blood serum in infants with acute obstructive bronchitis. To assess the course of acute obstructive bronchitis, monitoring the effectiveness of remedial measures imposed and prognosis in infants with acute obstructive bronchitis recommended to investigate in clinical practice immunological parameters (total lymphocytes, T-lymphocytes, T-helper, T- suppressor, 0-cells, B-cells, ІgA, indicators of phagocytosis, the level of IL-1 and IL-4), content in the blood serum of microelements and macroelements and microbiological status of the intestine. To increase the effectiveness of treatment of acute obstructive bronchitis in infants developed a comprehensive treatment plan with the inclusion of probiotic preparation and immunomodulating agents.
