It is set that introduction to the rats of cryopreserved placenta influences on the vascular and cellular components of submandibular salivary gland's stroma and does not influence on the parenchyma. Presence in a cryopreserved placenta biologically active matters assisted rapid proceeding in the morphofunctional state of haemomicrovascular rate of glands. At introduction of cryopreserved placenta on a background a acute experimental sialadenitis on the early terms of experiment dystrophic changes were determined in ducts. Destructive changes in the striated and granular ducts showed up on 3-5th days, proceeding in a structure was determined on 10-14th days of experiment.
