Korovina E. Management of an enterprise lifecycle in the context of technological innovations

The object of the research is the innovative processes which provide prolongation of the life cycle of enterprises of light industry. The article of research is theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of management of the life cycle of enterprises in the context of the technological innovation. The researches were executed on the basis of using of such methods: theoretical generalization, analysis of the systems, synthesis; classifications; graphic; economic analysis, methods of cross-correlation analysis, economic - mathematical design . The thesis is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and scientific positions, development of methodical tool and practical recommendation about a management of the life cycle of enterprise in the context of technological innovation. The methodical approach of determination of sensitiveness of economic effect from introduction of technological innovation to influence of parameters of the production system depending on the sizes of enterprise is offered, that allows scientifically ground of the administrative decisions about introduction of technological innovation. The model of determination of prolongation of the life cycle of enterprise due to introduction of the technological innovation, the decision of which is related to multi-variant approach of ways of their introduction and achievement of maximal economic effect, is developed. The scientific results of research are used in activity of enterprises of light industry in Krivoy Rog, namely LTD. "Polstar ", STATE of emergency of "Poddubnyy".
