Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the functional state of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity in various forms of chronic rhinitis by assessing mucociliary clearance. This is a new noninvasive method for objective diagnosis of complex functional state of the mucociliary clearance of the nasal cavity on the basis of morphological study of the structures of the solid phase of nasal secret, got a method of wedge dehydration. We have developed a method of sampling nasal secrets, adapted for further morphological study of the method of wedge dehydration.
