The dissertation investigates the administrative and legal regulation of employment of the disabled persons. The paper outlines the characteristics inherent in employment persons with disabilities, described the purpose and objective measures for its security flaws found in the implementation of appropriate measures and suggests ways of addressing such problems are the principles of employment of disabled persons and their classification. The nature of components of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of the employment of disabled people is determined and disclosed. The analysis of the legislation of Ukraine concerning the employment of disabled people and suggestions for its improvement is given.
