Dissertation is devoted to the analysis philosophical-legal principles of institute of country's leader in Ukrainian creation of the state. World view tradition of origin, becoming and development of institute of country's leader is reflected at centuries-old history of Ukraine, maintenance is exposed and given legal estimation by a doctrine philosophical-legal, by historical, political science, sociological research in relation to the institute of country's leader in Ukraine, a conclusion is done about absence of complex philosophical-legal researches in this sphere and it is indicated on the necessity of philosophical comprehension of the state phenomena as perspective direction of development of domestic legal science.
