Essay

This thesis is a complex scientific research of the problems of legal regulation of customs treatment in Ukraine. The definition and the classification of legal regime are defined in this paper, there are propound some concrete proposals of legal-organizing manner that are aimed at the rise of efficiency of regulation in customs treatment, theoretic analysis of customs treatment is being accomplished. The preferential directions of custom policy are also regarded in the thesis, there are defined the role and significance of custom transit foreshortened the international activity as the basic type of customs treatment.
