Essay

The research object is defeat of cardio-respiratory system in patients with stable angina with concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; the goal is optimization of diagnosis and treatment of patients with stable angina with concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods are: clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical. Novelty is to defined antianginal, antiplatelet, anti-arrhythmic, anti-inflammatory, hypolipidemic, and antioxidant effects vasoprotective effects in hypoxic therapy in patients with angina pectoris with concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It is proved effectiveness and positive impact on quality of life. It is introduced into the practice work of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Union, Institute of urgent and restorative surgery named by V.K. Gusak, Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine, clinic of Donetsk national medical university named by M. Gorky into the pedagogical process of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv medical universities.
