The thesis is dedicated to the resolving of scientific task according the formation of theoretical and applied principles of industrial enterprises rating activity realization. The terminological apparatus in the sphere of rating activity is specified. For the first time the conceptual framework of rating activity realization on the industrial enterprises is developed. The typology of methods of rating activity realization on the enterprises is supplemented. There is given the detailed description of enterprises rating evaluation methods for their reasonable choice in view of the macro- and microeconomics factors influence. The technology of polycriterial rating activity is improved, which provides selection and assessment of the effectiveness of the industrial enterprises prior functioning directions on the basis of the developed indicators system as long as formation of partial and generalizing ratings and rankings. Based on the rating activity results the process of functional strategies selection for the industrial enterprises development is proposed.
