The dissertation is devoted to the development and ground of theoretical, methodological and organizational principles of state management of investment and building activities during the economic crisis. On the basis of the review of the scientific sources the investment processes in building as an object of the government. The strategic principles of state management of investment and building sector are investigated. The anti-crisis mechanism to stimulate investment in building complex phase of business cycle downturn is formed. The interaction of business and the state in building and investment activity during the economic crisis are analyzed. The influence of the global financial crisis on investment and building activities and the investment attractiveness of building activity are analyzed.
