Essay

It was developed a conceptual scheme, using the process approach, based on the principle of hierarchy and considers the formation of reasonable operating policy decisions as a single process aimed at improving the competitiveness of enterprises. It was developed scientific and methodological tools of the process. Methodical approach and the mechanism of operating decisions were developed, the evaluation of their impact on the enterprises competitiveness was proposed.
