Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of downhole equipment in the formation of deposits of sand, wax and resin for its performance and efficiency of production of reservoir fluid. This paper shows the influence of sediments of sand, wax and resin on the performance of oil wells. Experimental study and detailed analysis of the use of float fiberglass rod in sucker rod column composit is performed. The limit of endurance strength of rods under cyclic bending and limit strength under static loading are obtained . The best efforts of contact pressure and the new design of body joints tubular glass- reinforced plastic rod with a metal head, providing increased strength of sucker rod column are developed. The possibility of applying of theo-retical and experimental approach to construct hydraulic models of oilwell ejecting system has been studied. The choice of basic geometry elements of oilwell ejecting system, thus improving efficiency of the jet pump was made. An industrial test and implementation of float fiberglass sucker rods and gas-sand separators to improve the resource of underground equipment in the harmful effects of sand and sediment of sand, wax and resin was performed.
