Dissertation is devoted development theoretic and methodical bases and practical recommendation in relation to a construction and realization of mechanism of forming and use of export potential of machine-building enterprises. Theoretical approaches are analysed and generalized, in relation to essence and classification of export potential of enterprise. Structurization of export potential of subject of menage is executed, on the basis of what he is formed structurally functional dynamic model. The features of development of export activity of enterprises of machine-building of Ukraine are analysed, the evaluation of the state of forming and use of them is carried out export potential. Certainly base elements of mechanism of forming and use of export potential of enterprises of machine-building and he is developed structural and logical model. Marketabilities mechanism are extended by creation of regional agency, the purpose of which is an assistance development and use of competitive resource of machine-building enterprises on oversea markets. In quality of instrument of the developed mechanism the complex system of evaluation of export potential of enterprises is offered.
