The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation and elaboration of theoretical and methodological principles, practical approaches and recommendations for the integration of subsystems of material flows based on the interaction of logistics reengineering and controlling. The work presents the analysis of basic approaches to the interpretation of the category "material flow", explains the necessity of integrating logistics, reengineering and controlling as the methods that improve the process of enterprise material flows management. The current economic status of machine-building enterprises in terms of formation and use of material flows on different levels was evaluated.
