The thesis is a theoretical substantiation and development of recommendations for the creation enterprise strategy based on its life cycle. The analysis of existing approaches to the study of business strategy, monitoring approaches to the concept of life-cycle, review existing matrix tools. Improved approach to strategy engineering company by using the "funnel strategies." Based on BCG matrix were proposed two approaches to determine the optimal strategy of the enterprise zone. The thesis proposed a conceptual diagram of strategy as a system of triangles.
