The process of international industrial property transfer state regulation. The improvement of organizational and managerial aspects of the state regulation of international industrial property transfer in Ukraine. Methods: historical and logical, system analysis, expert evaluations, and decision trees, statistical, formally-legal. The model of state regulation of international industrial property transfer, in accordance with international norms and WTO standards, has been justified. The mechanism of state inventory in the context of industrial property international transfer, including identification, registration, commercialization and international industrial property transfer has been improved, including current legislation norms of Ukraine and international law and practice in the field of intellectual property. We received methodological basis for the term "international transfer of industrial property" as commerce-based or non-profit-based interstate relocation of substantive laws that include objects of industrial property and that are present in the process of patenting, licensing, and franchising.
