Bondarchuk O. Institute of inviolability (immunity) of deputy of parliament in Ukraine and Russian Federation: comparative legal analysis

Thesis is devoted to research the institute of inviolability of deputy of parliament in Ukraine and Russian Federation. The concepts of inviolability of deputy, its features and functions, and also history of its origin and establishment are determined. Immunity of deputies of parliament in foreign countries are researched. Determination of institute of inviolability of deputy, its basic constitutionally legal description is offered by the author. Features open up normatively legal adjusting of inviolability of deputy in Ukraine and Russian Federation and their comparatively legal analysis. Under comparative research of the problems of implementation of parliamentary immunity in Ukraine and Russian Federation author suggestions are made in relation to improve current legislation in the field of constitutionally legal adjusting of institute of inviolability of deputy of parliament in Ukraine.
