The thesis is devoted to study of the theoretical and practical issues of the institute of administrative services in Great Britain and Ukraine functioning. The current situation on implementation of this institute in Ukraine is ascertained. The investigation of determinants of this phenomena is carried out, namely at the process of providing and taking grievances on administrative services by the structural units of the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine.
