Dissertation is devoted the issue of the day to oncology - increase efficiency of treatment of patients with gastric cancer and peritoneal metastasis and high risk of metachronous peritoneal carcinomatosis by provide combined treatment with intraoperative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemoperfusion (HIPEC). The present work is a complex survey which conducts evaluation of prognostic factors in patients with gastric cancer with peritoneal metastasis and high risk of metachronous peritoneal carcinomatosis, the relevant predictive factors of metachronous peritoneal carcinomatosis in patients with "serosoinvasive" gastric cancer were determined and provides the analysis of the clinical effectiveness of combined treatment by the use of HIPEC. On the basis of received data the patterns of combined treatment for patients with gastric cancer with the use HIPEC were developed.
