Marchenko M. The formation and implementation of enterprise development projects: methodological and applied aspects (based on meat processing industry of Ukraine)

The thesis provides a comprehensive solution to the scientific problem of systematic grounding of the theoretical basis of enterprise development projects and further development of methodological bases to ensure their successful implementation. The essence and specific features of enterprise envelopment projects were stated and their typology was designed. Methodological basis of development and implementation of development projects was formulated. Framework for development projects management and implementation was proposed. The system of performance indicators and indicators for measuring of the effectiveness of development projects was developed. Author gave recommendations for conducting a comprehensive evaluation of enterprise development, and gave analytical evaluation of the effectiveness of implementation of the development project at the meat processing plant. The standard for development projects management was developed.
