A research object is a process of government control of sphere of housing and communal services. The article of research is theoretical positions and methodical going near the process of government control of sphere of sphere of housing municipal economy during realization of adaptation to the terms of market environment. A research aim is development of the theoretical and methodical going near government control of process of adaptation of sphere of sphere of housing municipal economy to the terms of market environment. Research methods: gnosiological analysis, analysis of the systems, statistical, microeconomic analysis, imitation design.
