Kabo I. National economy management according to principles and methods of evolutionary economy

A research object is a process of management a national economy in the conditions of market economy. The article of research is theoretical, methodical and practical positions of management a national economy taking into account principles and methods of evolutional economy. A research aim are a ground of theoretical and methodical approaches and development of the research and practice recommendations sent to the improvement of management a national economy taking into account principles and methods of evolutional economy. Research methods: theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, system design, dynamic and structural analysis, evolutional analysis, approach of the systems, comparative analysis, "tree of aims", logical generalization. The scientific novelty of work consists in the ground of theoretical and methodical approaches development of the research and practice recommendations sent to the improvement of management a national economy taking into account principles and methods of evolutional economy. First: the methodical going is formed near determination of strategies of development of the national economic system (evolutional strategies). It is improved: methodical going near the exposure of descriptions of evolutional cycle of national economy; principles of forming of long-term competitive edge are at the level of national economy; research and practice positions are in relation to adaptation of functional strategies of economic development of Ukraine to actual evolutional strategy. Got further development: methodical going near realization of analysis of economic cycle; conceptual positions of system presentation of economy; scientifically-methodical recommendations are in relation to a management an openness and competitiveness of economy of Ukraine.
