Epel A. Government regulation of housing construction on the basis of an ecological approach

The object of study is the housing construction government regulation processes. Methods - abstract logic, synthesis and comparative analysis, historical analysis, data analysis, statistics, analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, peer reviews, comparisons, economic and mathematical modeling. The research practical significance results is the their use possibility in determining national priorities, strategies of socio-economic development and the prospects for further reform of Ukraine housing according to the sustainable development concept. Results scientific novelty is scientific justification and development of theoretical and methodological approach, scientific and practical improving state regulation recommendations for residential buildings construction. Methodical provision for optimizing budget allocation in the housing projects depending portfolio on the construction projects parameter estimates in the sustainable development context; environmental impact ordering construction process methods, materials and components, location, residential facilities operation. It only took the further development housing classification environmental principles on the basis of harmonization areas for housing development in the ecological approach context, including dominant defined ecological housing concept and the ecological residential structures creation, clarify terminology regarding the "ecological house" notion.
