Dudin M. The formation of economic security business in shadowing of the economy of Ukraine

The object of research is dysfunctional processes in entrepreneurial activity in the conditions of the shadow economy of Ukraine. The purpose of research is development and substantiation of the business security formation concept in the shadow economy conditions in Ukraine. Research methods: systemic-structural analysis; synergetic method; historical method; statistical analysis; sociological methods. Organizational approach to the formation of policy measures to combat the shadow economy in order to ensure the economic security of the enterprise which bases on the principles of trust programming and allows for the choice of directions and forms of struggle with shadowing entrepreneurship; methodical approach to the formation of institutional funds of economic security entrepreneurship which bases on introduction of the social partnership system; methodical approach to the development of proposals for the further improvement of the Strategy of national security, development of strategies of business security; methodical approach to the formation of the business sector effective institutional structure as special links communication support for mixed entrepreneurship within the sector are got further development. Essence of the concept of the "shadow economy as a threat to business safety" which is a systemic phenomenon of economic entities; definition of the essence of the enterprise economic security as a complex of state structures and non-governmental organizations for ensure the necessary level of counteraction to the threats of the crisis the entrepreneurship are improved. Scientific results are used in the State Tax Service in Kharkiv Region (certificate No 876/9/07-114 from 25.04.2012), the State Financial Inspection in Kharkov Region (certificate from 20.01.2011) and in the educational process of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (certificate from 28.12.2011).
