Essay

In the current work main periods of histogenetic processes underlying the formation of epicardium and coronary endothelium at normal conditions and after arrested liver development were investigated. The experimental intervention was used to determine the presence or absence of the effect of liver bud on the development of epicardium and coronary vessels. It was determined that a violation of the interaction of liver and the main source of epicardium – proepicardium – cause wide spectrum of heart malformations, including total absence of epicardium, deficit of volumes of myocardium, endocardial structures (mainly due to atrio-ventricular cushions) and coronary vessels. Using three-dimensional computer modeling it was clarified the ba-sic mechanisms of coronary vessels formation in chicken and human embryos. Using immunohistochemical method the population of endothelial cells of the heart of hu-man embryos was divided into subgroups depending on their origin.
