Chanyshev R. The right for information according to the labour legislation of Ukraine

The thesis is a special complex research of theoretical and practical issues of legal support of the right for information according to the labour legislation of Ukraine. In the thesis the definition, legal nature, subjects, content of the right for information, its legal fixation in international acts and acts of national labour legislation are researched. The definition and types of legal labour information are given, the information about employee's personal data and ways of its protection are defined. Propositions on improvement of current labour legislation and the appropriate provisions of the Draft Labour Code in the sphere of securing of the right of information of employees and employers and their representatives considering international standards and positive legislative experience of foreign countries are made.
