Vistak M. International Legal acts in the system of Labour Law sources.

The dissertation deals with the comprehensive research of international legal acts, which are the sources of labour law of Ukraine. The notion of international legal act is disclosed, its content and legal nature are analysed. The criterion of the international legal acts' classification are grounded, the correlation between national and international legal norms, in the sphere of labour relations' regulation, are examined. The substantial analysis of the provisions of international agreements, acts of the international organizations and the European Court of Human Rights decisions are made. Their influence on labour relations' legal regulation ensuring, purposely of intensification of labour rights' guarantees, is signed out. On the basis of the conducted research, questions on the Ukraine's labour legislation correspondence as to the international labour standards are ascertained, certain proposals as for the its further improvement are suggested.
