The legal nature and essence of labour jurisdictional process as a kind of legal process are researched in the dissertation on the basis of comprehensive approach to theoretical and legal grounds of labour jurisdictional process examination. Current scientific approaches to definition of labour jurisdictional process notion are summarized. The impact of conceptions of labour jurisdictional process on the formation and historical development of labour jurisdictional process phenomenon is studied. It is grounded the necessity of differentiation of conception of labour jurisdictional process in a narrow and in a broad sense. The legal status of subjects of law enforcement in labour law is fully analysed, the kinds of proceedings in labour jurisdictional process are distinguished and stages of every proceeding are analysed.
